How to place an order?
- From the product page choose the item
- Add the item to cart
- Once you finalise the orders click on Cart
- Choose a delivery option and a form of payment
- Add the silvery address and on the next page, the payment data
- Check if all information is correct and press “Buy”
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. From then on, our warehouse will be in charge of setting the package up and you will receive a notification e-mail with a tracking code once the order is sent.
DEPELEA saves the right to cancel orders at any time and for any reason. For any doubts on orders contact us at email@example.com
DEPELEA accept the following forms of payment:
- PayPal: Simple way of shopping online without the need to give credit card details. The amount will be charged from the account once the order is finalised. If you don´t have an account register for free at www.paypal.com
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron The amount will be charged once the order is shipped.

Exchange & Returns Policy
You can return or exchange any item bought at www.depelea.es within a 5-day period since the delivery date.
Find out how:
- Send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reasons for the exchange or return. You will get a refund for a defective item.
- Return the product in the original conditions including all packaging and stamps.
- Prepare the package in the original box (or any other solid & rigid carton box) in order to protect the product(s).
- Let us know when ready and we will send someone to pick it up.
If you use our UPS returns service, we will discount a flat return rate of € 9,50. In the case of a defective item this amount will not be discounted from the refund. In case of replacements you will be charged the return rate but you will NOT be charged for the new delivery. If you use other forms of delivery for your replacements or returns that is not UPS, DEPELEA will NOT be responsible for losses or delays.
You will receive a refund only in the case of a defective item. If the reason for return is different you can change the item by taking care of the return costs. If the return does not satisfy the required conditions, the package will be sent back to you.
When you purchase something from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s IP address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Policies.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
